🌿 Resort Policies
- •Our resort is located in a peaceful remote hill station with no Wi-Fi due to natural network limitations.
- •Limited mobile network coverage is usually better for Jio and Airtel users.
- •Guests are encouraged to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature.
- •Electricity backup is supported by generator/inverter during power outages (may operate on limited schedule).
- •Guests must respect nature, maintain cleanliness, and be considerate of other visitors.
🏡 Services
- •Kitchen access: Optional paid additional service
- •Campfire/barbecue: Optional paid additional service
- •Trekking guide: Available on request for an additional fee
- •Food arrangements can be supported locally (small service tip may be requested)
Note: The cottage is managed onsite by a caretaker/staff. The owner is always reachable for support, clarification, or complaints.
📅 Booking & Cancellation Terms
- •Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- •A booking advance payment is required to confirm your stay.
- •Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed based on:
- • Time gap between cancellation and booking date
- • Cancellation policy shared during booking
Refund eligibility and amounts may vary based on the terms communicated at the time of booking.

- •Guests are expected to maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere toward caretaker, staff, and fellow guests.
- •Please refrain from posting fake, misleading, hateful, or abusive reviews on Google Maps or any other platform.
- •Honest and constructive feedback is always welcome to help us improve.
📝 Reporting Issues & Feedback
If you face any issue during your stay or would like to share suggestions, please submit through our official feedback form. This helps us address concerns quickly and continually improve our service.
Submit Feedback or Report IssueAll issues will be addressed directly by the owner, even though the property is managed onsite by caretaker/staff.
🔐 Important Notice: Third-Party Agents
Some external dealers, brokers, room bookers, or independent agents may approach guests and charge more than our official pricing with or without our knowledge.
We are NOT responsible for any extra amount paid to such third-party booking agents, room dealers, or brokers.
For your own benefit:
- ⭐ Always attempt to book directly with us through our official phone or WhatsApp contact
- ⭐ This ensures correct pricing, transparent communication, and no hidden commissions
If you accidentally booked through a dealer who charged extra, the difference or over-payment is not our responsibility because such pricing was not decided or approved by us.
